Helping out Mom on Mother's Day
Every plumber didn't start out as a plumber. First, they were a son or daughter to a mother and father. They were a kid, and then discovered their love and passion for serving others as a plumber.
No matter how long they've been in the business, our plumbers love to serve others and be the courteous, professional plumber that you need. The same thing goes for helping out his family. Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a family-oriented brand, and we love to help out families, including our own moms!
With Mother's Day here, we should all find ways to help our loving moms out! Here's a short list of some things everyone could be doing:
Sometimes mom has those things that she just doesn't know what to do about. Unclogging a toilet might be one of those things. Make sure you grab the correct type of plunger and make those toilets usable. If there's anything stuck in the drain, we're sure that you can get out with our help.
Help Decorate the House
With every home, decorations tend to get a little old and stale. Why not take something rustic and industrial and make it into a fashionable and loved home piece? Using plumbing pipes, you could make a bookshelf, a sofa lamp, or a nice industrial chair. Whatever it takes, make sure that mom is happy with the way that her home looks. A happy mom makes for a happy life.
Leaky Faucets
Do you hear "drip, drip, drip" coming from one of the faucets in her house? This is something you should be able to fix! If not, call your local Mr. Rooter plumber and they will be able to tighten that faucet easily. While you're at it, check out how much water she'll be saving with this fixed!
Clean Out Disposals and Drains
If there is a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink, there is most likely some food or other rotten thing stuck inside the disposal. Being extremely careful, you can clean this drain out for Mom. Whatever you do, do NOT stick your hand down the drain to try and get it unclogged. If you can't seem to work on the drain, call Mr. Rooter. We take care of residential common repairs daily. After all, we want you to be safe and Mom to be happy.
While you're at it, don't forget to flush and put the seat down. As the saying goes, everyone appreciates "a sweetie who wipes the seat."
