We had an emergency plumbing situation during a snow storm, Shaun came out during a blizzard to help us. The service we received was amazing, and he made sure we understood everything before proceeding and as first time home owners we are so thankful for that. We haven’t had any issues since so we couldn’t be more pleased. Would 100% recommend!

Shaun Cunningham was so professional and courteous. He came and fixed a sewer backup that had spung up in the basement. It was late in the night, and he managed to unclog the drain so the house would not smell bad, and so that the bathrooms could be used and we could get some sleep. Thank you for saving the night!

My sewage pump went down on sunday night call Mr rooter they were there in just over 1hr.shawn was the tech very nice and professional. Came in assessed the problem needed a new pump had one in truck installed it cleaned up nicely and gave me some tips on everything I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone that has a plumbing problem I give them a 10 out of 10 thank you again Mr Rooter and shawn for your hard work keep up the good work!

Saturday of a long weekend & suddenly we have no water!! A mid-morning desperate call to Mr. Rooter had Shaun at our door within a few hours….so very much appreciated the quick response!! However, the bad news was the well pump was shot & a replacement wasn’t available until the following Tuesday. With much help from family & friends we managed the struggle without running water. Tuesday afternoon & into the late evening, Shaun & Isaac stayed with it until the equipment was installed & working perfectly! Thank you Mr. Rooter for the dedication & great customer care!!

Shaun from Mr. Rooter did an amazing job fixing our water issues in our home. We had a serious flood, on top of a death in the family & Shaun was so kind, professional & paid so much attention to detail. He recommended specific sump pumps & back ups for the pump, he worked so hard to fix the problem & then stayed afterwards to pressure wash our entire driveway. An excellent experience! Due to older sewer lines from outside our house to the city’s sewer line (one was decommissioned years ago), it wasn’t clear where the clog was that was causing some sewage backing up into our basement. After listening carefully to our explanation of the history of past sewage problems that we had had, Shaun C. came up with a plan to cut to the chase and cearly explained options and pricing leading to a successful conclusion without going down any bunny trails. We really appreciated the fast response time (on Canada Day!) as well as Shaun C.’s expert knowledge, quality work and sense of humour :-) from start to finish. On a separate matter happening at the same time with our leaky water heater, Ryan came in, did fast quality work and set everything up right. Both Shaun and Ryan cleaned up after their work was done as much as possible which we really appreciated.
