Very reliable and dedicated staff. Special thanks to Su, Sohil and Kim. They were able to clear all the outdoor drainage pipes, clogged mainly by tough tree roots.

The service person Tien was great and very knowledgeable. He didn't mind me sitting there watching what he was doing. He explained what he was doing as he removed the broken garberator and refit new pipes. Also explained what was happening when he snaked the clogged pipeline. . The job was done quickly and he kindly took away the old plumbing. Hopefully I'll never need a plumber again, but if I do, I'll request him! Thanks!

Sohill is the Field Technician, he dealt with my problem with his professional skills and knowledge. He dealt with the problem in details and explained the issue to me in a good customer manner.
