He also explained each step, offered to answer any questions, and gave me options all the way along. The service is not inexpensive but the quality is far better than other plumbers who have tried to fix the same problem.

Mr. Rooter - Shaun Cunningham was excellent in repairing our backed up septic. He came within 1 1/2 hrs. of our call, which was in the evening on a Friday! Everyone else was either late next day or Monday. Shaun was professional, courteous, and explained everything. He also gave us some very good maintenance advice. Even showed us the camera view of the system to see the blockages. Highly recommended and reasonable!!

Had some issues with my drainage to the septic bed and was worried that it wasn’t going to be resolved. Mr Rooter of Caledon arrived early and was not going to leave until the problem was figured out. Not only was the problem fixed we were educated on the whole comprehensive process by an expert technician named Isaac. Nothing but positive things to say.

Needed to replace a 10 yr old Saniflo pump and toilet on the lower level of my house. It was in a tight corner and a bit of a messy project. When Issac called to say he had a cancellation and showed up early I was ecstatic. He insisted on taking his time and made sure to do a professional installation, even better than the original. June 28 2024, I had a drain blockage problem the night before and called Mr. Rooter at 23:00 and got a call back at 23:30 and made an appointment for 12:30 to 13:30 June 28. I received a call from Isaac ten minutes before letting me know he was on the way. He is a very friendly knowledgeable individual and explained everything he could do along with the prices. I was not pressured in anyway to do more than I wanted done. Once the decision was made, he had the job done quickly, while still being willing to explain everything and give recommendation for the future and what to look out for. He also made it easy to ask questions and offered answers promptly and knowledgably. Isaac will be my go-to plumber for any future problems.
