Our kitchen sink got backed up for the second time this year. So we decided to call a different plumbing company. Austin used the hydrojet/hydroscrub to clean out the pipes. He was so patient and thorough doing this job. Very friendly and informative too. I should add that the interior cabinets were still very clean afterwards. And so more than a month later with water still flowing freely down the sink, I decided it was time to write this review.

When I had an issue with my plumbing I called and it was a breeze to book the inspection. Then I had Juriy Trynoga come to inspect the issue. He was professional and punctual, identified and solved my issue very quickly and efficiently. He is also super knowledgeable about any plumbing related issue and also addressed my concerns with ease.

Michael was the technician. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He listened well and was very efficient. He did an excellent job. Addressed all of my concerns. Good value for what they charged.

Recently had Poly B replaced and water softener installed. Had an amazing crew of Caleb, Chris, Spence and Kyle. Their work was informative, clean and efficient. Very respectful of my home and completed the job on time and honest. I’m so relieved to not have Poly B in my home anymore!

I trust in the name and the staff. Austin was the man of the hour. I had a backed up sewer line, Austin was able to arrive hours before the estimated arrival time and fixed the issue. Now, only if the City of Calgary staff could be as reliable and dependent... hahaha

Jeff, the technician, is one of the friendliest person I’ve ever met, who reliably checked all the necessary details of my pipelines thoroughly, and explained everything clearly to me including the problem that happened to my pipeline and the potential solutions to the problem. I’ve received all the necessary information from him and at the same time he left me with complete freedom on choosing what would fit the best for me. I’ve not felt confused or frustrated in any given moment at all. Great service, highly recommend!!
