Michael did a terrific job for us. The kitchen drain was plugged up. He worked on it for a while and thought it was cleared, but the water came to the top of the pipes. He then started inserting the snake into the pipes again , adding more sections. Finally the plugged area gave way. He filled the two sinks with water and the plugs were removed sending all the water at once. It drained like it did when we moved in. Great job. Thanks Michael.

Dealing with water backup on a Sunday night is never ideal, but we are super happy we made the call to Mr. Rooter. Calvin swiftly arrived to fix the problem. He was knowledgable & courteous throughout the whole process. Service was Excellent!

Calvin did a great job with fixing a dripping shower diagnosing the issue and replacing the same day. He was friendly and helped explain what he was doing and why and provided useful information to save us money in the future.

I needed a leaking T joint replaced in my basement water line that I did myself 10 years earlier... I could probably do it again myself it would probably take at least a whole day to do it depending on how many times I had to go to Home Depot who knows if I would last 10 years again I'm not a professional I just wanted to get it done right I'm lucky it lasted 10 years lol. I called around a few places but everyone seemed pretty cranky I wasn't getting good vibes ... My friend said to call Mr Rooter they were super friendly over the phone looked at my pictures their price to come and quote is less & goes towards your service they contacted me when they were on their way showed up right away Shane Brown came to asses the job he is friendly Professional very efficient Service got the job done in a few minutes and I have a warranty in case anything happens it's all brand new crimps now no solder is amazingly fast and the cat liked him a lot and she doesn't like anyone😊 definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️five star service throughout my whole interaction with Mr Rooter and Shane Brown Thank you so much✌️

I called Mr. Rooter after having no success in clearing my clogged kitchen sink . An appointment was booked really quick in one business day on Friday morning. I had a conflict at this time due to a check engine light on my car. Unfortunately I’m the only driver in my home and this was extremely important. I spoke with my wife and she was comfortable meeting with the plumber. Paul was great in assessing the problem and explaining what the best solution would be. He clearly presented various solutions but suggested what he thought would be appropriate. Since I was waiting at the car dealership waiting for the bill there 🙁, I had to speak with Paul over the phone. Not only did Paul personable explain the details to me, he also explained everything he was doing to my wife. Paul was very enthusiastic and engaged in helping us out. We also spoke about the city fluoridating our water and reverse osmosis purifiers. I can’t say I have better, more pleasant service especially on a day where I had two expensive repairs, my car and the kitchen sink.😀. I have no problem recommitting Paul again.

The service today was excellent. The technician was so knowledgeable about what they were doing and they were able to fix my shower very quickly. Even tho the part was no longer made they were able to source a new one and install it same day.

The service was great from the time I called until the work was done. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable.

We were able to book in quickly, the service tech was just excellent in terms of personality and competence. He investigated and resolved all of our drainage / plumbing issues which were more than the simple symptom that showed. He ended up being here all day and he made everything right. I can now sleep well at night.

Simply outstanding!! Calvin gave us several options with upfront pricing. Very professional attitude with an honest concern about what was best for our situation (no upselling…best option wasn’t the most expensive :) ) Hopefully won’t need to call again, LOL…but if we have another plumbing issue Mr. Rooter will always be my go-to. :)

Michael S. was very helpful and professional. He really put his effort to find the cause of the problem and try to fix it. He came twice and with more equipment on the 2nd visit with other staff. They were all very polite and professional.

Not only did they show up super quick, but the lady that took my call was super friendly 🙂 the guy that came was very nice and a big guy but did a great job on my tiny bathroom. They gave me options and dis it very quick! Plus I got $25 off!!
