Definitely a very positive experience from the initial phone call to the in-home service provided (a video inspection of our sanitary service from our basement floor cleanout to the City’s sanitary sewer). The inspection took about an hour from start to finish. The service plumber, Paul Watson provided excellent service and was very accommodating in letting me “look over his shoulder” while inspecting the sanitary service. He was patient and knowledgeable and worked diligently in order to meet our restrictive timelines. A job well done.

We had an emergency in our restaurant last night where all of our drains backed up. I called mr. Rooter and within 45 minutes Austin was here ready to clean out our main line. He was amazing and quick to react. I highly recommend using thier survives. Definitely my first call in the future.
