We had a pretty serious clog in our main kitchen drain pipe underground. Their rep. Pouya arrived on time and assessed the problem and pointed out an issue with the drain pipe above ground not being properly angle to provide better flow of the water and recommended correcting it. Which we did. He quickly got to work and after a couple of hours, all is good again. He was friendly, professional and made sure to clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Pouya and Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issues/problems you may have..

I had my upstairs toilet letting water go all on my floor. I did not know were the water was coming from. it was running out for 3 days and I had just bought a walk in tub. I used all my big towels to sop up the water. the first two places I called were not available for that day and that was MR ROOTER PLUMING FROM AJAX. The lady that took the call said she had one man but he would not be able to come until the afternoon. About 1 hour later she called and said he would be there in 1/2 an hour. I was elated 1/2 an hour later he was here to start working. After he assessed everything he told me I had 3 leaks and it would take some time. Then I said I have another problem with the washroom on the main floor not flushing right and I had to lift the top off most of the time. I am going to be 82 yrs old this Dec. & did'nt need all this trouble.I am so thankful now that my toilets are flushing wonderful now. I would say to everyone get MR ROOTER PLUMING for all your pluming needs. They sure helped me.

Needed to have my sewer lines flushed. Owen came out, did a camera view and explained everything in detail to me. However, we went with a different company to have to work completed. After approx 2 months of attempting to get this work done by the other company we canceled and returned to Owen to have the job completed. Owen completed the job as described in the time frame that he provided. I should not have wasted so much time with the other company and just used Mr Rooter. The entire process was easy, efficient and professional from the moment I reached out via their website. I had not expected to be contacted until the next business day as I left my contact information on their website late in the evening. I received a call within 1 hour and an appointment was booked for the next day. An experienced plumber arrived right when they said they would and was really respectful of my home, which I sincerely appreciated. He reviewed the problem and provided a quote. Let me say that Mr. Rooter will not be the least expensive, but I was willing to pay for convivence and professionalism as I was dealing with a rathe nasty sewage leak. I left a deposit and an appointment was booked for 1st thing the next morning for the next morning. Again, they plumbers arrived right on time and treated my home professionally. I especially appreciated that they explained the process, let me see the camera of the clog and then the aftermath, identified a secondary leak in my kitchen and provided information as to how to maintain my drain/sewer lines to prevent the problem from happening again. Although they were expensive, I would defiantly use them again for a large plumbing issue that require expert, quick and efficient handling.
