I always thought Mr. Rooter was a company that just unblocked drains but there are so much more than that!!! An excellent company with amazing staff, who do excellent work. First we had a water softener problem. Had lots of "so called plumbers" come in to fix our issues. But we almost gave up until we talked to Mr. Rooter. Mike was out the same day to quote and returned the next day to set us up with the ideal solution. He was so good and knew exactly what needed to be done. He also gave us some excellent advise on our Poly B Piping. So much so, we asked him for a quote. The team were back within the week to swop out our old water lines to pex lines to bring us back up to building code which will lower our home insurance costs. They completed the work in 2 days! They were also amazing! Craig who led this team of three was exceptional and a great teacher! He took the time, not only to explain to us how he would go about the work to ensure we had water supply down time, to an absolute minimum, but I was very impressed with how he took some time to explain and train his younger team members. They were ALL very courteous and polite and worked very well together. I cannot say enough about this company. I thought customer service, expertise and genuine pride in their work was a thing of the past but not with Mr. ROOTER EDMONTON. So thank you Mike, Craig, Jake and Nathan, you have restored our faith in customer service excellence and taking so much pride in your excellent work. Mr. ROOTER will be getting as much referral business, as we can send your way!

What a fantastic organization to deal with, specifically Ty - plumber/technician. From beginning to end of the service call, he was exceptionally pleasant, professional, timely, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Ty provided various levels of service options without sales pressure tactics and made sure we were aware of the best options for our plumbing issues. Highly recommend this company and certainly would welcome Ty back into our home for future service needs. Albiet costs rise like anything else in life, he definitely made the service call easier to absorb.

From the first phone call to Erin in reception, we received top notch service from Mr.Rooter. Adam was excellent at fixing the emergency problem and James detailed the work that needed to be done. We called Mr Rooter for a drain problem by our washing machine. They responded very quickly. They called and also sent an email stating when they would arrive. Brandon arrived and gave us a written quote for both work being done and how long it would take. He explained everything in detail. The workers placed drop cloths everywhere and began the work. The next day Brandon came back to make sure all was as it should be. We are very pleased and grateful.

The plumber that came to my house, Adam, was excellent. He was kind, efficient, and talented. I am very happy with the workmanship and customer service.

Sam showed up a day early. Gave us 5 options on how to rectify our hot water tank. Told us what he would pick, found countless corners cut by previous plumbers (with pictures). Clean work, clean worksite and all around a gem of a plumber...... ask for Sam. He saved us over 4k.

Kyle was very polite and knowledgeable. We had two clogged toilets which were fix very quickly. In passing I had mentioned my kitchen sink had been leaking. He took a look and fixed that as well. I requested that he bring it up to code and it’s also repaired same day. Thank you Kyle it was great working with you.
