David Beatch was an absolutely amazing person and did an emaculate job repairing our shut off valve for our upstairs washroom as well as giving us a new main shut off valve for our place. He was even able to work through our main shut off not fully shutting the water down. Such a great guy and even gave us various options of things he could do. He provided full explanations, quote options, and was extremely friendly. Truly 11 out 10 service. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs any work done. He was also extremely quick and efficient. I had a flooded basement due to sump pump failure. I called Mr Rooter and they sent Mr Kyle. He was very professional. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and handled all the issues. I will use them again and will recommend using Kyle.

Our hot water tank was leaking and Mr.Rooter was able to quickly send out a technician. Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. He went into depth on each replacement option and clearly answered many questions and generated multiple custom options for us. The replacement itself went smoothly and he also explained clearly what work was done and how to upkeep the new tank.

I used Mr. Rooter for the first time and was very happy with my experience! I had a Sump Pump failure and the technician they sent out (Jason Martins) was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job replacing the unit in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Matt the plumber was amazing! He not only took out the gurberator, he took the time to educate me about basic plumbing needs of my house like shut offs and maintenance. He did a quick check of our house’s plumbing in bathrooms and basement to let me know the state of them and give me peace of mind. He explained my hot water heater and so much more. I feel like I can confidently describe what’s happening with my pipes and keep up with plumbing maintenance. I am so grateful for all that he did for my little family.
