I phoned the company, and Janice O. at reception was polite, friendly, and very efficient in booking me in as soon as possible. Gavin Brown, the technician who completed the work, was polite, thoughtful, and very through in explaining the process and giving me a quote before beginning any work. He worked quickly and really carefully, and I am grateful to have clean and well functioning kitchen pipes as a result!

Do you know how hard it is to maintain a 4.6 star rating as a plumber? Quite hard. We went through a few plumbers who either had scummy business practices or else would leave us waiting around for months for parts, but now that we started using Mr. Rooter, we’ll never go back.

I recently had a plumbing issue in my kitchen and called on Mr. Rooter. Gordon from their team came over and not only did he unclog the pipes, but he also cleaned them with high-pressure spray and replaced sink part. The once-blocked pipe now works just like new. Initially, I was taken aback by the price, but after witnessing the thoroughness of the job and the betterment of the pipes, I truly believe it was money well spent. I had a small leak from a bathroom toilet in an upper floor. Brandon PYE was quick to respond within a couple hours of my call to Mr. Rooter. The leak was identified quickly and Brandon provided a solution completing the work timely. Brandon was professional, friendly and takes pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service! I called a few places and nobody was available. I called Mr rooter and they sent somebody within the hour and they said they would come and check it and give me an estimate without any cost. Once I agree to the estimate they will get the work done and I will only pay after. The technician Mashar was awesome! He came and diagnosed the problem right away. Within an hour I had my sump pump all fixed up! Thank you Mashar for your great work and awesome service!!
