We was very pleased with Mr. Rooter of Halifax. They were able to schedule an appointment to install a new toilet for us. A day before the appointment they called to see if we might be available early....wow bonus for us. Jess was the Plumber. He was professional, courteous, and did not try to up sell etc to us. We were most pleased with the job, the time it took to do it, the cost, and the professionalism. We would recommend Mr. Rooter Halifax.

The two plumbers (David & Ethan) arrived on time and were both very professional and polite. They explained every aspect of the work they were doing. They also cleaned the work site, after they completed the job. I would not hesitate to use Mr Rooter, for any future jobs.

I had an issue with my septic tank pump not working over the long weekend, and I called for help on Saturday. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded! The gents were not only polite and knew their stuff, but when at first they couldn’t clear the clog, they came back very shortly with the right kit and cleared the drain. Good service, more than worth the cost.

I called Mr Rooter in the afternoon of a Saturday as I needed a water heater replaced for a sale of a home. I provided the water heater (picked up from Home Depot) and the rate for service was 599 plus tax. The rate included a full proper removal of the old heater (even took it away) and install of the new one (took the box and garbage too). I was very happy with the job and was able to pay by credit card while obtaining a receipt and email. Would highly recommend this service to ensure a proper installation of a water heater.

This is our second time calling on Mr Rooters to do work on our sewer lines, the work was done to perfection and the guys were very polite and professional, they cleaned up and took all the garbage with them, ... they let me know when they would arrive and did not disappoint. Would i recommend, Absolutely! The staff at the office was also very friendly, thank you to Gail and Mr rooters staff for another job well done. I would say make Mr Rooters your frist choice for your plumbing problems, you won't be disappointed:)
