We have had to use Mr. Rooter for emergencies on a couple of occasions. They always answer the call for service and respond in a timely fashion. Definitely not my experience with other plumbing outfits.

Jason came out and gave us a quote, we had him come back the next week to do the work. Excellent service and communication from him. He explained what needed to be done and also how we could improve our current system. Work was done as promised and only charged what we agreed to. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Ryan was efficient, respectful, and personable. He did great work cleaning out the pipes and fixed a backflow problem that 2 other plumbers couldn't figure out. Definitely asking for him the next time I have an issue!

They came on time and figured the problem out within an hour. Professional & friendly - would use them again (but hopefully not for another sewer line issue!)

I would highly recommend this company! The staff are always great, fast, courteous and professional! My drain was clogged and Sandy got a plumber over right away! Ryan S was friendly and great to chat with. Also a huge kudos to Scott who is the resident plumber at our building and has always fixed the problem with professionalism and a smile!

I have called on Mr.Rooter (West Kelowna) services every time there has been a need in our building , for over 8 years. Jason at Mr. Rooter completely took care of a bad water main break at our house, and in record time. He helped set us up with temporary running water by hooking up to the neighbour's house, fixed the pipe break, and then re-made our lawn. He also made a fantastic new and accessible plumbing array! Now we can shut off the water without having to wriggle through the tiny crawl space under our house. Five Stars!
