Fraser, our technician was very friendly and accommodating especially when adhering to the social distancing guidelines set out by the province. We had some very tight spaces to work in (under cabinets, through floor cavities, etc.) and he handled everything very professionally. All the fittings were new or appeared to be and there were no visible signs of leaks. We had a large work order for him and he completed it all within a standard work day reducing the amount of time water was shut off to the house.

We had a clogged sink that just would not unclog with home interventions. I was hesitant to call a plumber but accepted this was a job I could not fix myself. Our plumber came out within 24hrs if my call and was able to unclog it for us. He was very kind and educated and explained everything he was doing. He assessed the clog and gave us the price and asked for our consent before he started the job. He was also able to write us a report that the clog was due to years of grease buildup, which allowed me to get my funds reimbursed by my landlord!

Friendly, efficient service and a job well done. They even wiped down all surfaces touched with disinfectant once complete. Will definitely use this company again.
