Mr Rooter sent a technician out very quickly to have my drain scoped and cleared out. Josh went above and beyond…going ten feet down into my sump to check for blockage in the perimeter drain.

Someone came by did replacement of two incoming water lines at the washer room sink which was leaking; and also replaced kitchen sink drain U pipe by misdiagnosed the issue. I was charged over three hundred dollars which was expensive I thought. Seven days later the same pipe start leaking.I called the company and Josh was sent here.
