We just had a visit from Mark VanDiermen for a couple of plunbing issues. He was punctual, polite, friendly, efficient and very competent. Prior to his visit we had both a phone call and an email infroming us of his arrival...great communication. Rates were reasonable and the work was done quickly and well. This was our first time using Mr. Rooter Nanaimo but it won't be the last. Very happy customers here!

Put spaghetti down the garborator (oops!) had the gentleman come within an hour and he had it fixed in a jiffy! Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Mark quickly reviewed the problem with us, investigated and quickly found the issue. Not what we thought. He had the part and installed it in short order. During testing of his repair he found another issue, dating back to initial installation, 27 years ago. His experience enabled him to devise a simple repair.
