Called to book a service appointment. Customer agent was fantastic in quickly and efficiently taking my details and requirements. Technician txt prior to arrival. Technician was polite and generous with information regarding resolving the issue. Had all equipment on hand. Pricing was more than reasonable. Extremely satisfied and will use service again. Strongly recommended.

We had clogged drains and had their technician Lucas into repair the problem. He was amazing! Lucas was able diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with! He had the drains cleared in no time. I would certainly recommend Mr. Rooter and particularly their technician, Lucas, for any plumbing issues.

The team arrived early within 2 hours of my making the appointment. There were very courteous and careful with my property. They explained everything they did and the results. Totally professional throughtout as was the experience with the office. Called Mr Rooter for a toilet that wouldn´t draim. Turned out it was only blocked. Got to see how a toilet should be unblocked which shouls be helpful in the future. As always with Mr Rooter the technician was courteous and professional and explained the process througout.

David was very respectful and helpful. He came in and walked me through all the different options and costs. Fixed the problem and made sure everything worked before he left. Gave recommendations on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would highly recommend him.
