Mr. Rooter arrived very quickly, explained what my options were and provided appropriate estimates. He then proceeded to clear the floor drain within an hour, making sure it was clean by flushing it 4 times. Work area was kept clean and use of iPad for writing report and invoicing was efficient. All in all a great result to a worrying problem. Well done!

Called to book a service appointment. Customer agent was fantastic in quickly and efficiently taking my details and requirements. Technician txt prior to arrival. Technician was polite and generous with information regarding resolving the issue. Had all equipment on hand. Pricing was more than reasonable. Extremely satisfied and will use service again.
