My sewer was backed and Mr. ROOTER came the next day right on schedule. The young man, Tanner, was so friendly, courteous and very efficient. He explained everything before he started the job and had it unplugged within a half hour. EXCELLENT!

Came and cleaned out a massive root problem and were on time and excellent to deal with.

They were able to schedule me in rather quickly, but were prepared to accommodate me and any issues until next year if necessary with a deposit. Very clean work and an efficient process, both inside and out. They were also able to do other little things during the repair that saves me needing to fix it later. Only minor complaints, they replaced valves under the sink and tossed the old ones, but those were technically also the toilet shutoff knob(s). And the washer was left disconnected after I assume they made the concrete with the water. Minor things, not anywhere close enough to take away from the phenomenal job I felt they did. Very thankful for the full sewer replacement after their standard sewer clean out process identified the real issue other companies hadn't even considered.

Tanner was polite, friendly and did a fantastic job. He gave me options for services and followed thru with a quote if we want to pursue more things.

The whole crew of guys headed up by Andrew were extremely professional, answered any questions I had and thoroughly cleaned up the work area both inside and outside. I was very pleased with how efficient they were in all areas of the job. Tammy, the office personnel was extremely helpful and was in contact with the insurance company on my behalf. The City is replacing the water and sewer pipes on my street and Tammy worked with and co-ordinated with them to be able to have Mr. Rooter come in and have the work done. The whole experience with Mr. Rooter was pleasant from beginning to end. They came, did the job and left without leaving any mess behind and with very limited time on my part. It was completely stress-free. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Tammy took my call and booked an appointment on the same day. She was very friendly and explained the process well. Dylan came to my home on time and went above and beyond to clear out my basement floor drain. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. Very happy with Mr. Rooter. Communication with Tammy was efficient. A text was sent out with the technician name, information & picture - as a female customer this was a small feature to the service appointment that helped to ensure my safety & comfort. Bobby was respectful & easy to talk with; he has a lot of knowledge to share & I was able to ask many questions without feeling silly. Bobby involved me in the whole process which was more than I had bargained for but it helped me to understand the potential problem & solution. Payment was easy & the team has great follow-up procedures.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Outstanding work done by Cody installing our reverse osmosis system. He was very professional and did a perfect job! He also cleaned up the mess made from drilling the new faucet hole. I am very pleased with Cody and Mr Rooter prompt responses and sending out a tech quickly! Update - Aug 2024 Reliable and honest! We had issues with our furnace on one of the hottest days this summer. Cody came quickly and identified the problem with our furnace fan which could have caused our air conditioner to be lost too and lots more. Cody provided different options and we felt replacement was the best option for us. Furnace was old. They were back the next day and put in a brand new furnace. The job site they kept clean and organized. The installation looks great and everything has been running wonderfully! Thanks again Cody, Tammy and team!

WOW! Talk about unbelievable great service. I called them on a Friday because my shower handle valve was broken. First of all the receptionist "Tammy" was amazing, quick and very friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Then an amazing employee came out that day, AMAZING! He was honest about warranty and fixed the problem with 30 minutes. Fast, efficient and honest.... you don't find that anymore. Cheaper bill than I expected as well. I will be calling Mr.Rooter Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you to everyone involved in making my experience amazing.

Tanner showed up promptly and very professionally! He was kind and gentle to my pets. Explained everything thoroughly and showed me what was going on as he went. He presented options and is willing to work with the home owner, there was not a problem that he didn’t have solutions for.
