I'm a repeat customer of Mr. Rooter now and I wanted to rave about the service I get. I requested anode replacement service for my hot water tank and the receptionist, Tammy, was fantastic: not only did she set up the appointment, but when the original technician couldn't come due to an emergency, she kept me up to date and made arrangements for an alternate to come out at the same time. The technician who did come, Cody, was excellent. Knowledgeable, experienced, friendly; he showed me everything that was going on, asked me if there was anything else that needed attention, and gave me tips on what I could do myself to maintain my hot water tank for as long as possible. I'll happily deal with Mr. Rooter again; they even do hot water tank replacement and I'll be calling them for that next time I need it!

I recently had a new furnace installed. The whole process beginning with my phone call to the office where I arranged with Tammy, who was very friendly, to set up my appointment, to the technician, Cody, who came out to assess my problem. Cody is very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. He answered all of my many questions in a very courteous manner. The next appointment brought Cody back with his assistant Dylan to install the furnace. They did a great job, very careful to wear covers on their shoes and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. Thank you for a job well done.

The experience was good. But the service was very pricey. Just to turn on a nut within a second cost me $165.39 That is way too much. It was mistakenly turned off and just came and turned it on . That was way too much to pay. But I have no option than to pay. Thanks anyway

My sewer was backed and Mr. ROOTER came the next day right on schedule. The young man, Tanner, was so friendly, courteous and very efficient. He explained everything before he started the job and had it unplugged within a half hour. EXCELLENT!

Came and cleaned out a massive root problem and were on time and excellent to deal with.

They were able to schedule me in rather quickly, but were prepared to accommodate me and any issues until next year if necessary with a deposit. Very clean work and an efficient process, both inside and out. They were also able to do other little things during the repair that saves me needing to fix it later. Only minor complaints, they replaced valves under the sink and tossed the old ones, but those were technically also the toilet shutoff knob(s). And the washer was left disconnected after I assume they made the concrete with the water. Minor things, not anywhere close enough to take away from the phenomenal job I felt they did. Very thankful for the full sewer replacement after their standard sewer clean out process identified the real issue other companies hadn't even considered.

Tanner was polite, friendly and did a fantastic job. He gave me options for services and followed thru with a quote if we want to pursue more things.
