We recently booked a service call, and as promised, a Mr Rooter technician (John) arrived exactly as scheduled. He quickly assessed the situation and determined it was not underground, and found the issue. It was then referred to Owen, who, again, arrivedexactly as scheduled. He assessed the necessary repair, provided a quote, and made the repair quickly and cleanly. These 2 gentlemen showed great professionalism. We will definitely use Mr.Rooter for future repairs.

Leaky faucet handle was fixed by separate technicians. 1st appointment was an assessment of the problem and I was instructed on parts that needed to be provided. 2nd appointment was installation of replacement parts and testing for any further leaking. Faucet is now in good working order. In both appointments the technicians arrived prepared, polite and professional. Both were very knowledgeable and made my experience with Mr. Rooter very good. I'd use them again without hesitation. Ali was particularly helpful. Of note, the initial booking process was also quite good. Communication was excellent from start to finish.

Called Mr. Rooter for my kitchen plumbing (backed up and leaking) and within 24 hours, there was Ali Al-Tameemi (Plumbing Technician) to save the day. In less than an hour, he unclogged my kitchen sink. While doing his work, I was observing as I’m very curious and had questions. Ali was very responsive and nice.
