We had the Septic tanks emptied the other morning. Later in the day, we found that the drain to the septic had gotten plugged. About 6:45 pm. I called Mr. Rooter as they are listed as a 24 hour service. The plumber, Mason was at our house around 8 pm. He did the inspection and proposed a solution. He promised that we would be happy when he left and we were. He vacuumed up the standing water, removed the toilet and snaked the main pipe with a snake/camera. The plug was in the pipe leading from the septic tanks back into the house. He was finished around 10 pm. There was no mess. It was as clean as when he arrived. Less than 3.5 hours from my phone call until job completion. Mason is a true asset to Mr. Rooter. He was professional, well spoken, polite and very knowledgeable. I would use Mr. Rooter again and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone having both drain and plumbing issues or problems...but ask if Mason is available. Thanks.
