We were extremely satisfied by his knowledge, skill, and efficiency in addressing our block drain lines that were beyond what homeowners can access themselves. Very professional service, readily explained the options available and let the home owner choose without using any unwanted sales tactics. Excellent craftsmanship of the section that had to be replaced. Will recommend to anyone.

I have a severe clogged drain in kitchen due to lack of maintenance from previous owner. Sohil Bashardost and his team saved my life. Before I contacted Mr. Rooter, I've tried the liquid drain opener, also bought a 25' drain snake from Home depot. Neither worked. It can't cut through the grease built-up over years. So I gave up and called Mr. Rooter. Sohil came the same day, with professional tools. He used professional tools (which compared to my drain snake from local store, mine is like a baby toy...) to cut through the tough grease, combined with hydro jet to flush and clean. Also he used a pipe inspection cameras to inspect the inside of the pipe. Not to mention that the work attitude, pre-work protection, and after-work cleanup is professional and great. Thank you Sohil and you've won another customer.

Jaspreet is great. He came by within an hour on a weekend, fixed a clog, was very friendly and gave some helpful advice. Very fair pricing as well. Recommended!

We've used Mr Rooter twice in recent years and have received prompt, professional service on both occasions. Staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and have addressed our immediate plumbing issues at a fair price. Our plumbing needs were identified early in the day each time which allowed us to receive same-day service. All staff from the administrative support answering the call to dispatch to technician were empathetic to our needs, friendly and professional. The technician resolved our immediate concerns and shared info on others minor items that might need to be addressed down the road. Recommend this company and I won't hesitate to call them for future plumbing needs.
