Just had Mr. Rooter’s field technician Ishver Benipal here to deal with our toilet and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was polite, explained what he was doing, showed us the camera view of the pipes, and was able to pinpoint the problem within our 20 year old toilet. He purchased us a new toilet to our specifications, took out the old one and replaced it neatly. He checked the pressure reducing valve on our water supply to make sure it was still functioning properly. He even cleaned the tile floor when he was finished. I loved that he stayed from 9 am till 3 to insure the job was completed. Highly recommend!

I feel like you might pay more with Mr Rooter, but they are usually able to come the same or next day and to date they have never stood me up unlike some other local plumbing companies I could name. I have used them a few times and they have always arrived in the time frame, provided a good explanation of the work being done, and left the place tidy afterward.

This is the third time I have had to use a Mr Router Plumbing. I have had great results with each one. One job was to replace a burst water service pipe from my house to the city service junction. They used their non excavation technology to insert the new pipe where the old one was. Another shorter job was to use their cameras to help troubleshoot our drainage system. The most recent job involved clearing a clog in our sewer service pipe and re-establishing service.

Easily booked a same-day appointment. The plumber retrieved my ring, which was in the kitchen drain’s P trap. He also installed a new valve kit into our existing toilet. He checked the pressure in the hot water tank too. He was polite, competent and clear. Nice to use my $20 coupon too.
