I feel like you might pay more with Mr Rooter, but they are usually able to come the same or next day and to date they have never stood me up unlike some other local plumbing companies I could name. I have used them a few times and they have always arrived in the time frame, provided a good explanation of the work being done, and left the place tidy afterward.

This is the third time I have had to use a Mr Router Plumbing. I have had great results with each one. One job was to replace a burst water service pipe from my house to the city service junction. They used their non excavation technology to insert the new pipe where the old one was. Another shorter job was to use their cameras to help troubleshoot our drainage system. The most recent job involved clearing a clog in our sewer service pipe and re-establishing service.

Easily booked a same-day appointment. The plumber retrieved my ring, which was in the kitchen drain’s P trap. He also installed a new valve kit into our existing toilet. He checked the pressure in the hot water tank too. He was polite, competent and clear. Nice to use my $20 coupon too.

I had a clogged drain in the kitchen. They arrived quickly, and it was Saturday. Their hourly rates are the same 7 days a week There were no added fees like others companies had. Sohil did a great job and I recommend Mr Rooter . I will definitely used them for any plumbing needs I have.

Worked with Steve, the owner, and his team of technicians, lead by Prab. Steve is very knowledgeable and was thorough in finding what the problem was, and was able to explain plumbing issues well to me and come up with solutions. Prab was very quick and responsive to any questions during the process and the plumbing team worked hard, and was efficient. In addition, restoration work was done well to my satisfaction. Fantastic - called and within an hour I had a technician. Very polite and honest (key), mentioned work order upfront and then proceeded to unclog the issues. Recommend these guys to anyone as there are some crap-shoots out there.

Kevin and the team from Mr. Rooter saved the day for us. When water started welling up on our lawn from underneath and the water pressure in the house plummeted, we investigated with the City and it turned out to be a broken water main on our property. We called several plumbing companies to take a look and get quotes and most offered the same somewhat gimmicky solution. However, Mr. Rooter's Field Manager Kevin Florkow proposed the best solution, one that would solve the problem permanently, which was to reroute the water main and replace it with modern PEX A pipe. From the initial shovel into the ground to the final test of the completed piping work, the Mr. Rooter team was professional and did their job right. They (Plumber Jaspreet and others on site) worked with us to determine the best route for the new pipe, moved the earth out of the way, installed it and new valves, and then backfilled the earth into place, cleaning up before they left. After the job was finished, the water pressure was great again. In fact, it was better than it was before the problem. At our request, they dialed the pressure back to a custom level to protect our pipes. We are so happy. Even the lawn and garden looked better than it did before the leak. It's now leveled with fresh earth and reseeded with grass which is now growing well. A big bonus was how Kevin and the back office staff (RJ) at Mr. Rooter worked with our insurance company to sort out the bill. The great people at Mr. Rooter fully solved our water main issue in one go. Literally. I didn't have to lift a finger once they were on the scene. I wish every service company could do what they did: that is, solve a problem quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost. My hat is off to them. Mr. Rooter, and Kevin especially, get my highest recommendation.

I had a clogged kitchen drain on a Sunday night. I filled out some info on the Mr. Rooter website and had a phone call the next morning at 8am, and a technician at our house to fix the problem by 9am. The service was speedy and amazing. I know it won’t always work out that fast but I was relieved it did in my situation. Very happy with the service Mr. Rooter provided.
