Our drains were slow and occasionally backing up into the farthest away sink and shower. Mr. Rooter cleaned everything out and found the clog. This is the second time in 3 years we've used Mr. Rooter to clean our outdoor drainage system. The first time the drains had not been done in probably two decades ( don't think the previous owners had ever done any maintenance on them), and they faced quite a challenge - nothing was draining and water would from a small pond in the driveway and run into the garage. When they finished all was in top notch shape. The second time was just recently, just to keep on top of things. Both times they were quick, efficient, and very courteous. I'll stick with them. Not the cheapest in town but you pay to get the job done right the first time. They are fast and efficient, 2 guys showed up and cleared up my clogged kitchen sinks in about an hour. I had another plumbing company in for about 4 hours but they couldn't get the job done and asked me to open up my ceiling drywall, which I did but the problem wasn't there. Now, I have have to fix up my ceiling for nothing. Highly recommend these guys if you have draining problems. Service: Drain cleaning

The shower drain/ bathroom sink were clogged to the point, where mucky water was coming up out of both drains. This was beyond my capabilities to fix. Called Mr. ROOTER, and Natasha in the office, did an awesome job getting service lined up with an expected wait time of 2-4 hours. To my delight, I got a phone call a little while later, letting me know that help was on the way, even sooner than expected. Dan & David arrived about an hour after my call. Dan explained the cost involved, the warranty, and both took care of clearing the severely clogged drain by skillfully navigating their equipment, when confronted with some unexpected pipe related access issues. They were both very friendly, and worked in a professional manner, while keeping the workspace clean, despite it being a messy job. Thank you to both of them, and Natasha, for helping me out.
