We had a problem with our sump pump at 8pm and needed a plumber asap. We called 5 different places in a panic and Brandon from Mr Rooter called us back right away. Brandon came out to our house right away, he was professional and polite. We have had problems with this sump pump since we had it installed and have had another plumbing company come out several times, they have never taken off the main cover just the small access cover. Brandon did not even start with the access cover and immediately took off the main cover. He found what our problem was, tested it several times before putting it all back together. I will only use Mr Rooter in the future if we are in need of any plumbing services again. Thank you again Brandon and Mr Rooter.

Mr Rooter's staff- Jason & Rob repaired our main water line when it broke. They did an excellent job of the repair plus the clean up. They were very helpful to us old folks!!!! Their quote was very fair for the job. In addition they also did some plumbing tasks & the work was very neat & tidy. Could highly recommend Mr Rooter.

I had called the main number to get a quote on a new hot water tank. Ryan Simpson called me back at the end of the day and gave me an excellent price, $800 less than a competitor! He came out 2 days later and removed the old tank and installed the new one. He was very friendly, efficient, kept a very clean work site, and provided me with excellent advice and service.
