No one else could send a plumber for 2 days but mr. rooter sent Wondy in30 minutes to fix our broken bathtub tap which broke off in the on position. We had to turn off our water. Wondy fixed it for us and did a fabulous job. We are grateful.

The plumber performed a professional job and solved a serious problem that we were experiencing.

The main water line to our house broke, it was old and the entire line needed to be replaced. With how busy plumbers are it looked like we might be without water for a while, you never realize how much you rely on something until you do not have it. Mr. Rooter got a team out to our house the following day and they worked late to ensure we had our water back that day. The crew that did the work was very professional and dedicated to getting our water back on. They used a bore to run a new water line so they did not have to dig up our lawn. Our issue was fixed promptly and we so appreciated that Mr. Roto Rooter is open 24/7, we had someone come out same day to give an estimate! The team, including Alex and Ivan, were hard working and super professional! I highly recommend this company. They took care to even sweep up outside and rake all the dirt off my grass so it truly looked like they weren't even there!

John and his team were excellent. They came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and diagnosed our drain issue. They came back on the Tuesday to do very extensive work and when they finished everything looked just how it did before they started. I was super impressed, and will absolutely call them again for any other issues that are beyond my basic skills.
