I was recommended Mr Rooter by my brother for an emergency leak during the holidays. I could not POSSIBLY be happier with the service! David Beatch was an absolutely amazing person and did an emaculate job repairing our shut off valve for our upstairs washroom as well as giving us a new main shut off valve for our place. He was even able to work through our main shut off not fully shutting the water down. Such a great guy and even gave us various options of things he could do. He provided full explanations, quote options, and was extremely friendly. Truly 11 out 10 service. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs any work done. He was also extremely quick and efficient. Sohil solved our serious drainage issues quickly and efficiently. I have used Mr. Rooter a few times before and always been content with the work and the value for mney, but he has been the best so far. Everything was demonstrated and explained so clearly.

Scott came out to help with a main line plug very professionally and got the job done. Once the job was done found that the one way valve was broken and replaced for a very fair price. Will be call them again in the future
