Arranging a time for the service call was easily done. Very responsive to my needs. Service tech arrived on time, as scheduled. Taras was courteous, worked diligently to identify source of problem (required considerable detective work), corrected the problem, and double checked that all was ok. The invoice was very reasonable and even had a 'seniors' discount! I was very satisfied with the company's service.
