I must add the following note to the review I submitted five months ago: I can't find enough words to praise Kamaka, the young man who came out from Mr. Rooter today. Today's plumbing job involved an old and rusty tap and pipes located deep in a cupboard and very difficult to access, but Kamaka was knowledgeable and skillful and had the expertise to adapt to the unexpected challenges and modify his approach as needed to ensure that the problem would be thoroughly corrected without our having to dismantle the cabinet. He explained everything to me thoroughly at all stages, with respect and kindness. In all respects he sought the most conservative approach, to ensure the least upheaval and mitigate my costs. And not only that, but he was cheerful, intelligent, good-natured, and a joy to be around. I felt completely safe and in good hands -- honest, trustworthy, competent, and thoroughly professional. And my confidence was justified: the resulting work was excellent. Mr. Rooter responded immediately. They sent a wonderful young man named Tope, who was courteous, respectful, and intelligent, and located and cleared the obstruction right away. He showed me what was going on down in the clean-out pipe and explained exactly why the flooding had occurred. He sent a camera all the way through the underground pipes, and I was able to see everything on the screen. What I especially appreciated is how he provided clear, thorough, and precise explanation -- honestly, he would make an excellent teacher. What is more, he was very patient -- I never felt rushed or dumb. He also explained what Mr Rooter could do to repair the problem and ensure there would be no subsequent flooding. I feel reassured because of knowing how to proceed, and feel secure about working further with this company. Thank you very much, Tope and Mr Rooter!

Prompt service. Had an emergency and they came right away. Technician was very friendly and even offered to demonstrate the repair so that I could handle it on my own in the future.

Fast, friendly service. Called on Tuesday to get our sewer cleaned and Ben came out Wednesday and did and excellent job. Reliable, courteous and will definitely use them again.

Was able to get a Technician out within one hour of requesting them. They looked at the issue and it was an unusual one but they still sourced the parts and got the material within 2 hours and had the issue resolved by end of day. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
