I had an emergency situation with a leaky water main shut-off valve. The team at Mr Rooter handled it really well. They scheduled a visit right away and explained how to call the town to come and turn the water supply off. The plumber Peter B. did the actual work for replacing the valve. He did it fast and clean without cutting corners and what was important to me, he explained in detail every step of the process.

We had a pipe leak in our basement, and called Mr. Rooter for a same day appointment. I was so impressed by Peter W. from Mr. Rooter. He came right away and was extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything very well, and went the extra mile to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of.
